A dedicated team of educators have compiled a series of Environmental Education Unit Plans for teachers to use when camping at Gumburu. The units are suitable for Year 4, 5 and 6 students and are directly linked to the Australian Curriculum.
In addition to these unit plans, a series of supplementary resources have been designed to support your teaching. We acknowledge the work of Katrina Wootton, Kath Fox, Ann Wuth, Paul Lucas and Holly Dembowski for their dedication to Environmental Education in the Townsville Diocese.
