The venue has a number of spaces suitable for plenary and breakout sessions, dinners and functions.

1. The Rainforest Room
The main meeting room seats up to 50 people theatre style. The room is a warm and inviting area featuring fireplace and glass walls overlooking the rainforest. A deck leads off the room which can be used as a catering/dining area or additional meeting space
The Main Meeting Room is between the dining area and the Outdoor Auditorium.

2. The Loft
The Loft is located upstairs from the Main Meeting Room. It is a small and cozy area containing couches and cushions for small groups (up to 8). This area is perfect for a small breakout group, to use as a quite retreat space or to use a planning/secretariat area.
3. Outside Auditorium
The Outside Auditorium is a great space featuring tiered seating for up to 80 people. The area is enclosed on two sides and is undercover. Groups seated in the seating area face the rainforest views.
The Outside Auditorium is perfect as a breakout meeting space or as a catering/function area and features an outdoor fireplace.
4. Outdoor Breakout Spaces
There are several smaller, distinct breakout areas located in the grounds of the centre. Chairs and tables can be organised for these areas if they are to be used for meeting/breakout spaces.
